JAC Properties have been providing high quality accommodation for students in West Bridgford, Nottingham since 1985. We have many large houses that are ideal for groups of between 5 and 8 students.

Most of our students attend the Nottingham Trent University and West Bridgford is well linked to both the Clifton Campus and Nottingham for students studying at the city centre sites.

We provide spacious student properties, typically with shared lounges, bathrooms and kitchens. Student rooms are equipped with a double bed (although a few with single beds are also available), wardrobe, desk and chair and a set of drawers for storage. All student houses are equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave and many have a dishwasher.

West Bridgford is a popular suburb for student living and has been substantially developed to include numerous cafes, bars, and shops. Students in West Bridgford enjoy easy access to many sporting facilities ranging from the Trent Bridge cricket ground with its gym and squash courts to the ROKO fitness centre.
